Christians........is TV sinful?

I have met a group of people that do not own television nor have radios, they say it is full of sin and its better not to feed the carnal mind with these things.........................as i have now begun to watch closely at the things I let enter into my life as a christian, I find that there is nothing that promotes my christian life when watching and listenening to what I did. Have you found this so in your life?
