What is the best Type and make of projector to show an image on a ceiling.?

I need a projector to cast an image on my ceiling, I what to draw around the image and then paint a picture, just like in the sistine chapel. I would prefer to be able to plug it in to my laptop. The height of most ceilings is 8 feet, the average width of my room is 12 feet by 20 feet.
