How do i fix my sims 3 update?

When i updated the sims 3 yesterday (june 2011), i opened the game launcher, and it says "error, your sims 3 base game is incompatible with the current sims 3 expansion pack (the sims 3 late night). Please update the sims 3 via launcher" there r no new updates. my two expansion packs are world adventures and late night. i can only play the sims 3 with late night idk why. whenever i click play the same message pops up. How do i fix this?
