If God has sexual relations with a woman against her will - is it rape?

God is known to have had carnal relations with several women throughout his career - the most famous being the mother of Jesus. If God comes to a woman but she isn't interested in his amorous advances - wouldn't that make God a hardened rapist? Would he leave a woman alone if it was his "design" to force her to have a child who would bring yet another pointless message to the world? Does the woman have legal recourse?
