Injured at work and now considering either disability or workers comp need help figuring out pay?

I developed carnal tunnel at work and was diagnosed with by my doctor little over two months ago in march. Now here's the thing the medication I was given is nk longer effective and now can not decide whether or not to go on disability or workers comp. Mainly because any information I Google really hasn't amounted.to any thing and also because I dont know how much I will be getting in terms of money from them. And lastly I didn't sign up for my company shirt term disability plan when enrollment was available but I do remember them saying enrollment was quarterly. I've been working a year there and as for my pay I make 1600/mo oh I'm full-time there for 6 months at least
