Do human beings wear clothes in order to conceal their carnal nature?

I wear clothes simply because I don't want to be arrested for going around nude, or if I'm cold. That's it. I can't speak for other humans, but I'm sure some people do it for the reason you mentioned. It sounds a little like a religious thing to me. >
