If you take a high school credit in middle school, will colleges look at it?

I took algebra 1 (a high school credit) in 8th and I slacked off. I got an 82 (c) as my final grade. And a 94 on the end of course test. I'm hoping to get into a good college and I have so much anxiety about how this class could be a fatal flaw. So will this be in my high school transcript? Will this be a fatal flaw for determining whether I'm accepted into a great college (UNC Chapel Hill, NC State)
