Plastic surgeon vs. peditrition?

This is really just a ramble with feedback. lol but i've always wanted to be a MD, but now that im getting older i've narrowed it down into two spefic fields. Pedrition and cosmitic surgery, i love kids and think i would make a really good pedrition but i also get along with adults even at 14. i would love the big and rich life of a plastic surgeon but also enjoy the kids. I would love to get into chapel hill or wake forest university. and go to medical school there. so my question is how does a plastic surgeon compair to a peditrition? like salory, work life how much free time you have etc.
