Has Atari given up entirely on creating an update for the massive problems with Test Drive Unlimited 2?

It's an amazing game and therefore I try and be very patient but it's been months and months now this is ridiculous. Does anybody know when I can expect an update to fix some of the problems most importantly the roulette wheel which was one of the main reasons I purchased the casino expansion or in the very least sell that stupid pink Mustang I unwittingly acquired?
