Can this be called a rape,or at least take legal actions against this guy?

After the 5 th date or so,we agreed after a nice dinner to have carnal pleasures but i told him no kinky stuff and no coming in my face.We had sex but before he could be done,he was done on my face.The sex was consensual but this was not...can i sue his balls or take some legal action against him?And girls...how do i stop feeling sick?
