Sweet 16th Party (England)? Ideas?

Hello, I am planning a sweet 16th party in august I am having it in a old haunted chapel that has been rented out, I want everything to be pink and black apart from the people, There will be about 100 Guests attending. Can anybody suggest things that can make the party better? (No dress themes) I want it big but not expensive your suggestions would be a big help!
