Did I just have a seizure or an epileptic attack?

ok i have seizures and its hard but here is something easy to understand. there are many types, maybe it was an absence seizure when you blank out for a minute and then get tired and dizzy and throw up or and also if it was that you wouldn't shake but you would feel stuffy and hot, if you do then your doc would tell you. Good luck and I am feeling really sick all of a sudden.
