Accurate list of universities with reputable lingustics/ foreign language programs?

I'm looking for a list of universities that have good linguistics/ foreign language programs. I'm looking online and I've found some lists but I don't know how accurate they are. I've heard New York University, University of California at Los Angeles, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, University of Chicago have good programs. Any accuracy to this list? Anyone know where I can get a full, reliable list? Any universities you can add to this list?
